I frame problems, build alignment, and facilitate the work of defining direction. I ask (several) questions, clarify what matters, and shape digital products into something teams can confidently move forward on.

    • Led end-to-end product design for Champions League , EURO 2024, and Women's EURO 2025 apps, using user interviews, interactive prototypes, and research insights to deliver new features and improvements.

    • Shipped new features that increased Champions League app views by 52% and doubled avg. engagement time.

    • Design system maintenance and structure improvements.

  • Dec 2021 - Dec 2022

    • At Abacum I shipped features that enabled the company to achieve product-market fit and helped customers accelerate their workflow process by 50%.

    • Collaborated daily with PM and engineering to drive alignment and define product priorities.

    • Developed strong customer relations hips through ongoing research and interviews, translating user feedback into actionable design solutions.

    • Led design system initiative and evolved the design team maturity - establishing processes, defining rituals, and contributing to hiring.

  • Sep 2020 - Dec 2021

    • At UserActive I facilitated product strategy workshops with SaaS founders to identify growth opportunities and define pro ject scope.

    • Designed onboarding flows, dashboards and contextual paywalls that reduced signup friction, improved features adoption, and drove plan upgrades.

    • Established agency design processes that supported compan y growth and streamlined delivery from sales through pro ject conclusion.

  • Jul 2019 - Jan 2021

    • At Gravity Haus I led end-to-end product design from concept through launch, collaborating with CTO on user journeys, implementation strategy, and product viability.

    • Shipped app that proved market demand, enabling business expansion from 2 → 5 locations and secured a $64.5M investment.

  • Jan 2018 - Jan 202

    • Designed mobile and web products for startups, including complete redesign of a fitness app and complementary trainer dashboard.

    • Delivered app redesign that secured multi-year partnership with FISU ( International University Sports Federation).
