UEFA EURO 2024 app

Challenges

With the EURO 2024 happening in Germany across multiple cities and times, and with the different travel benefits fans could make use from, a scalable and versatile Fan Pass had to be developed for the EURO ticket holders.

On top of that, it was also critical to streamline the scanning process of the valid passes and guarantee that both fans, UEFA staff and the German travel authorities had an hassle free experience during the tournament.

  • A Fan Pass that is directly linked to the match tickets, designed for multi-city tournament support.

  • Enhanced UI, developed in collaboration with the German travel authorities to guarantee an easy and quick way to scan travel benefits.

  • Features that can be remotely activated/deactivated, allowing UEFA to dynamically manage benefits across different venues and events throughout major competitions.
